At the plate sowers the seeds in a container to be beyond the plate (chosen in function of the tray to sow) was charged, where the seeds in the right place (by intake air behind the plate) are fixed. The plate then falls down on a plastic plate with tubes, along which the seeds fall onto the right place in the tray.
The auto-stacking ensures that the sower of service can concentrate on the seeding process itself, so immediately a first inspection.
The brushing ensures that the tray is made evenly pure.
In this step, the ground slightly conical pressed, so that the seed remains central. During internal transport
When sowing is very much attention to the center of the plug placement of the seed. This is also very important for the subsequent digital recognition of the seedling to the filling machine (see also the fill-in machine).
Depending on the requirements of the type of seed, the seed may or may not be covered.
All power plugs are brought automatically to the tables through different conveyor belts.
The transport tables filled with power plugs are automatically associated with a robotic crane up in the bud conservatory.
In the bud conservatory humidity with fogsysteem brought to the set percentage.
Through a high-tech camera (where the number of green pixels is set to determine the quality of the power plug) the seedlings are scanned order to ascertain where the non-germinated plugs located.
These empty places are machine-filled on the basis of sprouted plugs from another tray, the donor tray.
In this way we can offer our customers a high quality plug!
